If you haven't received an e-mail after ordering, it's likely one of a few things has happened:
1.) The message was caught by smap/junkmail filters.
2.) The order was placed under a different address.
3.) As Hankers said, there was a problem with the order where it was not processed. In this case, you should not see a charge on your Card/PayPal account (although you may see an authorization for the funds.)
You can always check your past orders by logging in with your Impulse account and visiting this page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/orders This will allow you to view the receipts that would have been mailed to you. If you need download links for skins/themes, you can get them here: https://forums.stardock.com/account/regs and if you need to have your serials resent, you can do so here: https://www.stardock.com/support/ and can also view them on the registrations page in Impulse (Help icon > Register a product with Impulse...) or by right clicking the title in Impulse and selecting "View Registration".
As you can see, there are a number of ways provided to retrieve your account information, so you should never need to wait for a support ticket reply simply to get this information. In the case of order issues, we ask that you please be patient and bear with us, and we will address any issues with the order as soon as possible.
