SOASE Registration Issue

from Sins Forums

So i use to play Sins(Original) 2 years ago and i had it registered under another account. i forgot the information of that old account and cannot transfer my registration to my current account on the support because i dont have my old information. I still have my serial number though.

Because i dont have my old impulse account's information (Email, username, password Etc.) am i doomed to the original sins forever or is there another way?

If you know the E-mail address you should be able to get the username and password back. Just try every email address you've ever had, one of them has to work.

Otherwise, e-mailing support@stardock.com is the only way.

Well the serial number since that's all you have, your current Impulse account, and explain to them your situation. They might be able to tell you which email account you registered the game under, or maybe they'll move it for you.

I really don't know. Just don't spam them with emails, because that basically sends you to the back of the line. ;P
