Elemental- Unable to run/Windows Script 5.6 error

Hello.   I purchased Elemental the other day and have yet to be able to run the game.

Every single time I attempt to run the game I receive the following error message; "Unable to load scripting libraries.   Please install using setup.exe and play the game from the start menu. (Probable reason Windows Script 5.6 improperly installed.  Search for download "windows script" for a reinstaller.)"

So I followed the advice given and download the Windows Script.  I attempt to install and am told I have a newer version already on my PC.   So I then search for the setup.exe and cannot find one to run.  Ive installed the game twice now and have yet to have the game run.   I did some digging and it seems others have had the problem and managed to get the game to run but no clearcut fix was given.

Am I missing something here?   Any advice would be appreciated.

Do you have Impulse installed? If so, did you patch Elemental to the newest version?

If not, go here http://impulsedriven.com/ and get it.

If you're running the game launcher, you might also try running the game's exe directly from the location you installed to. Otherwise, please email support@stardock.com and they should be able to help further.

Thanks for the replies folks.

I think I will have to contact the support people for the problem.   Ive tried running the exe directly and I get an error that states I missing a .dll associated with Impulse (just off the top of my head so might be a little off.)   Ill double check that I have the software patched.
