How do I use KewlpAd? Help!!!

ok, I downloaded a skin of KewlpAd, now how do i use it?

Unzip it into a folder inside the 'skins' folder.
Right-click on Kewlpad and bring up the options window. Then click the skins tab and pick your skin.

That is assuming you have kewlpAd, the program, right?

you can't actually get it there, unless you have a t3 connection.

wwwooooffffff!!! I'm fed up with shitty connection to k-pad's site.
I need some new hosting. devArt are not officialy hosting us anyway.
free hosting usually means draconian rules - no exe's, no big files, no smoking.
Anyone got some idea ?
