Unable to get fences to work at all

I ran fences but nothing seems to happen. When I right-click on the desktop I do not see the Fences menu options. I cannot figure out how to configure fences. I expected to see that on the context menu when right-clicking on desktop but it is not there. I am using Windows 7 Enterprise - 64 bit. I have UAC on so when I double-click on the Fences icon it asks me to confirm that I want to run the program. Of course, I answer Yes. I do not get any error messages or anything. Any ideas?

Did you install it as an Administrator? If not, try logging into an account that has Administrator access, uninstall the app, then reinstall.
