Unable to Install Element

Help! I am unable to install Elemental War of magic.

At first I uninstall the game and then the whole folder to remove outdated mods.

Then when I try to install it again It fails.

I close impulse and open it again, Impulse says checking for update then give error.

I try using the fix error that is built in with impulse then I cannot open impulse at all.

It gives a error report every time I try to open impulse.

The latest error report sent to impulse have a reference number of 1323118

I uninstall Impulse then install it again then i am able to open impulse but fail to install Elemental war of magic.

It just says retrying then error and fail to install the game.

I try to install sins of a solar empire and get the same result

I however am able to initiate the installation of Gothic 4 and the progress now is 92 byte

Is there problem with stardock games database or server?
