PNG its 24bit but still dosnt work

I made a pic ffor an object using *.png file i made using paintShop pro 7 but when i import the pic DesktopX says it only supports 24 or 32 bit png files.....but the pic is 24bit does any1 know what the prob. is!

It has to be 24bit with alpha. Use export to PNG from Paintshop Pro.

which is 32 bit.. 24 bit + 8 bits for alpha info...

So save in PSP pr PS with an alpha chanel even if the pic doesn't have one..

Yes, I noticed that too. Make an area transparent, even if you don't need one. Then it it work.
