Problems submitting comments with my wc&sc browser

from WinCustomize Forums
When I try to send my comments on skins I get an error , sometimes if I refresh it the comment shows and sometimes not.
Does anyone else have this problem? Can anyone tell me how to fix it? I run zone Alarm but I have it configured to allow ... have I missed something?

I do also, and i use the WC Browser. The comments still go through though. I have Norton, but it doesn't seem to bother it.

I'm not sure, all I see is zone alarm pro, no version numbers and I can't find an "about" anywhere.

The past couple of days though, no matter if in WC browser or regular browser I have gotten Data Connection Error...... really frustrating as all I wrote is then lost. Never had that problem before, so might just be a problem with the wc servers.

Well i don't know what is going on either ... I also get an error when trying to post on WC Browser . I don't have zone alarm but i do use Norton SystemWorks Comment states "There was an error sumitting your comments to Wincustomize" Any suggestions? Thanks...
