Manual processing of Orders??? No Game received after placing an order.

Hi.

Today i placed my first order with impulse/stardock (Grotesque Tactics) and i find it very strange that i didnt instantly receive any information about my game/serial numbers. I already ordered often at other well known digital gaming download services and always instantly got my games added to my account or received e-mails with serial numbers.

But not here at stardock. Thats all what i got after placing my order: "Your Order is being processed. Your order has been received. When we have completely processed your order, you will be notified via e-mail with download instructions for the products you have purchased."

That sound for me like orders are processed manually.

So disappointed that i have to wait for my game, how long does it usually take?

Oh yea, i already tried this reg-fix i found often here in the forums and i also tried to delete the data in the impulse client but it didnt help anything.

I also entered my e-mail address at https://www.stardock.com/support/ to receive my serial numbers by mail. but thats all i got:

The best you can do is contact sales@stardock.com and explain all you've received and done, and wait for their response (not the automated response...the actual person taking care of you) and then proceed from there.

Stardock is on vacation until tomorrow (1.3.11).

Stardock has been off for the Holiday won't be back until the 3rd of January.

Did you use paypal?

if so is it the same email address as your stardock account?

If you used a paypal email adn yoru impulse/stardock email is different, you can transfer the game from the one to the other here: https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/

i wanted to pay with paypal in the first place but then i was reading about problems with different e-mail addresses and that things. so i payed directly with credit card.
