Im new to skinning and just wanted to ask a question.

Is there a skinning site that gives you the option to download an entire suite of skins at once?

I only ask because when i see a new skin i like, i then try to see if there are more components to go with it. It seems to make sense have the entire collection if its possible.

This has probaly been asked before and if it has i apologise. But i would still like to know if a site exists.

There's a new product coming out from Stardock which is called Convergence that will target this need right on spot. You can get more info about it right here: https://www.stardock.com/products/convergence

Well, it's actually quite easy. Go to a skin site that has a bunch of sections for all the skinnable software, a site where the theme authors post regularely, such as Deviantart ( http://www.deviantart.com ) or LOS ( http://www.lotsofskins.com ).
When you see a skin you like, just click on the author's name and it will give you the list of everything he skinned. Usually (almost always) skins that are part of a suite always have the same name. Quite esy to spot.
Also, to mention that Deviantart has a thing called a devpack. You may want to look at those, some suites are compiled in such a pack.
