Windowblinds skin problem

Just got a windowblind skin which I kind of like, everything seems alright with it but on the bottom bar where your time is kept, don't know what bar is actually called maybe taskbar, anyway along the bottom bar it seems to look alot different than the picture it's just got a plain gray bar, I don't think it's supposed to be like that, Can anyone help,or do you know what I'm talking about?

Sometimes just reloading the skin fixes stuff like that,or clicking the show hidden icons button.

This may sound like a stupid question, but when you say you're seeing a plain gray bar (taskbar), do you have any windows open? The cp5 screenshot shows open windows and open programs, thus putting blue colored task buttons on the taskbar. If you open a window, while you have the skin applied, does it look like the screenshot? With no open windows or programs, the taskbar will look all gray.

Crissy14--I guess that's the problem I just think it would look better if the bottom was done differently. Thanks p.s I really like that glassy, clear look on certain skin's I get, and just want to know if that is real difficult to acheive?
