objectdock free: issue with msvcrt.dll

i have recently installed the latest version of objectdock,

upon every program startup i receive this error : The procedure entry point_except_handler4_common could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll.

after i click ok on the error prompt (and all other resources are frozen until i do) the program loads and functions normally

the file msvcrt.dll is in the objectdock program directory and windows system32 & syswow64 folders.

 

the version of the bundled msvcrt.dll with objectdock is: 7.0.2600.0 (xpclient.010817-1148)

the version within my system32 and syswow64 folders is: 7.0.3790.4400 (srv03_sp2_qfe.081030-1228)

I am using windows xp pro x64

how to stop this error message please?

That could very well be the problem, I am pretty sure that support for XP 64 bit was stopped awhile ago.  Someone from Stardock will have to verify that though.

Yep, from ObjectDock web page for system requirements

Windows 7/Vista (32/64-bit) or Windows XP (32-bit)

There are not enough XP 64 bit users to warrant Stardock to support it anymore.
