Not recognizing Serial Number

from Stardock Forums

This is quite frustrating.  I've entered the serial code from the box with caps on and caps off but Impulse doesn't recognize it when attempting to update the game.

Any suggestions?

with the recent/upcoming/current major update of Elemental it is quite possible that Impulse's servers are overloaded and acting funny.

I recommend trying again in 24 hours once the insanity is over.
