Feature Request: Fence acting as a Link to a folder

I love fences to death so far.  One feature I feel is missing is having a fence area linking to folder.

Example:  I have dropbox.  My dropbox folder is in C:/documents/.../Dropbox.  I would like to be able to make a fence area that I can drag a file into, that will actually put that file into my dropbox folder that is buried in my C drive.

Likewise, when someone uploads a file to my dropbox folder, I would like that file to show up in that fence area.

That may be a bit confusing.  But I'm not sure how to put it much better.  It would be as if I opened a folder and had it built into my desktop, as a fence area.
