Therapy is expensive; bubble wrap is cheap.

The holidays can be stressful, and that's why I'm glad I have my pets, because laughter is the best medicine!  Here's my dog, engaging in bubble wrap therapy.  (Please post pix or videos of your pets to this thread -- it helps us get to know each other a little deeper and build rapport)

There might be another reason for stress, missy..... doc, with his "all seeing eye" (standard Mod issue) knows about December 10th!   ;)

Here's Zane. I wouldn't have tried this had he been awake.

I have no idea what you're talking about O:)

He's a gorgeous feline, and with that picture is Hallmark worthy!  As for not trying it while he's awake...I totally understand.  I have scabs on my shoulders right now where Damon Kitty anchored himself while pretending to be my pirate parrot.

About Zane? He's not "Touchy-Feely". He's "Ouchy-Bleedy".

Checked out your new skin, and it's just great. I'd suggest a substyle for Pastafarians/Festivus people if I didn't know that in some respects, you and Zane share mani-pedis.

This is our newest baby. Don't have pictures of the other three on ImageShack yet!

My cat Wilma, 11 year old calico female, part Japanese bobtail, a pic from a year or so ago. The last few months she has been undergoing very stressful ringworm baths ( 6 baths, so far).  She weighed 10 lbs, and now is down to 7 and 1/2 lb. Her back left leg she is having trouble using. With her last bath on the 1st, I am waiting to find out if the ringworm is gone. The vet took a skin scraping. What is so odd, is that Wilma is not an outside cat and there are no other animals here.

Anyway, it is stressing me also. I feel so sorry for her.She is a nervous cat to begin with, and not people friendly. <3

Here're two good links, Barb...  Link1   Link2

Too bad Ausvet isn't here ... he's a Vet and gave me some good advice regarding Zane.

She's beautiful, and looks like she's smiling in the picture.  So sorry to hear she's not well. :(

Hope she heals up fast for her and you.

Frankie, your baby looks adorable.

Barb - I'm glad to hear Wilma is ringworm free! (HORRAY!).  She's a beautiful cat.  I know skin problems are a real pickle to deal with.  My dog gets staph from time to time, and she has seasonal allergies that affect her skin.

Our cat, on the other hand, is pretty problem-free.  Here's a picture of Damon, chillin' on the recliner arm.  He's pretty small for a neutered male (7 lbs).

Chelsea, we adopted her from "death row".

And Spanky, got him at the shelter. He was thrown from a moving car as a pup, lost an eye....very loving dog.

I used to say he sleeps in our bed, but I think we sleep in his bed...lol.

Thank you Irokoness and Karen!!   Damon looks very relaxed :w00t: !!!

Good for you Jim!  One morning I heard on the news ( when I lived in Phoenix), some s_b had duct taped a cat on the freeway. The cat was rescued, I don't think the guy was caught. I had a terrier /chihuahua mix...rescued him from along the road, someone just dropped the little guy off in the desert.  Anyway, Yes, I think he lets you sleep in his bed!!! \o/
