im hosting a game right now, i bought this game when it came out, my computer failed, so i finally got a computer to run this game and i cant even play a fucking game online, i got all the recommended mods installed, just waiting and waiting, for a chance to even see if this game is worth it...
That's a very good point. If you have that or any of the mods I listed as "all users must have this enabled," no one can join your game unless they have mod installed.
I would highly, highly suggest not using uberfix when hosting a game. It's a great mod, but the vast majority of players don't have it installed. It's a good mod to just have in your mod list, but not actually enabled (this allows you to join games that are hosted with it (very few) but doesn't prevent anyone from joining your game if they don't have it).
From the recommended download list, this seems like it might cause a problem. Beyond that.. there are 25 people in game or in a game lobby currently. It can take 30 minutes to find a game sometimes, unfortunately (not always.. you can have a full game within a minute). I would suggest checking http://www.demigodthegame.com/opengames.asp to see what games are up and how many people are on when you're looking for a game.
okay i turned off uberfix and bam got to play a game haha thanks!!! this game was totally worth it 
but im still sad to see how this game died do to how GPG managed it, the hype for this game was off the charts and when it was released... they just didnt fall through with most of their promises... false advertising, nothing kills a community faster than lying to it, due to the way GPG handled this game, i will never buy another product from them again and i will strongly suggest to anyone i know to do that same. i am a very unhappy customer, go kick rocks GPG
