Can't Install Virtual Desktops

Using Impuse, on a WinXP machine, I can't install Virtual Desktops. I either get an error that the file was longer than expected, or about half the file downloads then quits, with no error, and simply shows VD as available. As I said elsewhere, SVD is (IMHO) just about the best part of OD.

We'll need to take a look at your Impulse error log. Please send an email to support@stardock.com with the output zip from the following utility attached:

http://sd.stardock.com/SDSupportTool.exe


This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. Once the utility finishes running, please send back the .zip file it creates on the desktop.
