Sins of a Solar Empire

Hi, I purchased Sins of a Solar Empire around a year ago. Today I thought I would re-install it via Impulse, however I have a minor issue.

My applications page says I don't own anything at all, and when I tried retrieving my serial number and product purchase information via email, it said nothing about my purchase for Sins of a Solar Empire. Almost as if it never happened.

Is there a way for me to get my money back or some way to fix this problem?

Did you orginally purchase it using Impulse? 

Have you changed email accounts?
