City Life 2008 will not download

Just purchased City Life 2008 and when I try to install from Impulse it throws an error:

First error is presenting the EULA:

The webpage cannot be found

I check the 'I accept anyway' box and the download tries to start. It quickly says 'error' and stops.

Somewhere I found a log file that showed Impulse trying to connect to the server and receiving an error 404 (file not found)

I can not find that file again now. Is the download link broken? I started another download and it works fine.
