Removing Icons From Object Dock?

I used to be able to simply remove the icons, now they reappear. For Example, If I drag Impulse off of the dock, it disappears, then reappears in moments. How do I fix this?

make sure lock dragging isn't on

Not sure it is a lock dragging problem. When I have locked dragging checked I cannot remove them from the dock at all. Have you tried to unload ObjectDock and then restart it? Does it do it with all your docks?

It appears to be active applications. For example if I bring up the volume mixer from Win 7 it appears in object dock.

You cannot remove running applications from the dock, that is why you are seeing this . Close the app, then remove the icon.

If I close the app, then the Icon isn't there. So I cant remove it.

Sounds like your trying to remove something from the tray in OD.

Just go into settings click on On My Dock and choose "Show Running applications on my dock" and check the "Do not show any individual windows"

this will stop them from showing up on your dock so there will be no need to remove them. It sounds like you have it set to "show running applications"

The "Do not show any individual windows" was laready checked. But the "Show running Apps" was also checked. So I unchecked it. Problem solved. Thanks for the help guys/gals.

Hey! I have the exact same problem, except i don't have an option to remove these "Running Application"-icons... I don't know if these recent updates removed the possibility to do so. I hope there is a way to not to show running apps. I really like ObjectDock, but this thing really annoys me... I hope to receive help soon! Thank you!
