its not possible to invalid on porpose there is a bug that if u capture too many flags it invalids so it was probably u that invalidated the game by taking both portals therefore i think ur name should be added to the list OMG_jona

The bug you are referring to was caused by a localization issue related to the Russian language version of demigod.  This issue was resolved in demigod v1.03. Invalid game states no longer occur as a result of flag control. 

It is still possible for users to trigger invalid game states to intentionally end a game without taking a loss; however, invalid game states can still occur without a user intentionally trying to trigger one.  The specific scenario you described, wip, no longer causes an invalid game state, though.

and btw just how the hell does one trigger invalid game states on porpose? the only exploit i know atm is if the host of a game concedes and leaves b4 the game over menu appears that way the game wont count

actually wip.. that bug was fixed in the last patch.  You can still purposefully trigger invalid, and it still occasionally happens with other issues, but it's no longer related to russian gamers / too many flags.

Well, to briefly clarify, I did quite a bit of research when I discovered a few critical exploits related to stats some time ago.  So, I know how to trigger desyncs (and submitted all of that information to stardock) but do not use that exploit.  A few other folks know how to do it as well.  I very much doubt you will see a post indicating how to cheat on these forums (that lasts for long, anyway), but just be aware that the exploit does exist and can be triggered.  But again, there are still some circumstances where invalid game states can occur without a player intentionally trying to cause them (eg its a coding problem and not a user maliciously trying to cause stats to vanish).  So, if you see an invalid game state, you don't necessarily know it happened because a user intentionally triggered it; however, there are some fairly obvious signs that indicate possible exploitation.  For instance, does the invalid game state happen when a player is about to lose and there is little chance of victory, etc?  Logically, there is little reason to trigger an exploit removing stats if you are going to win.  But again, there is no guarantee that someone is using an exploit even if that is the case... now, if I play an individual several times, am about to beat him and the invalid game state happens over and over at roughly the same time, then I become a bit more confident that the user is an exploiter.  All of that said, folks that use the exploit, for some insane reason, often indicate that they are going to use the exploit in chat.  In that case, take a screen shot and they will likely be banned on that evidence alone. 

To learn that play with alienwarrior  he's an expert, though unluckily yesterday once he hadn't succeeded in doing that (he tried to at the end of the match).

alright so does any1 here know of 1 player that was banned by causing desync's?

 

also on a end note in almost 3000 games i never saw 1 player desync a game on porpose and i'll cut off a finger if vedymak and ppapanek know how to do it and i dont

Don't know about people being banned (I am not so long here), but it is possible to always desynch your game if you know how to do it (there are several ways). Some people know, some don't so... ^^ But it's better to not spread such info.

ya wip.  I can't remember their names.. was a while ago, ** just looked it up.  Belier and Apika both banned for desyncing.  Unfortunately, SD doesn't hand out the banhammer very often at allll.  That was the first Demigod ban as far as I know, and required a LOT of pushing from DG community.

Alright, so Wip, if you want to desync a game intentionally you just.. and then.. when the... in order to.. with your router.. to.. by the .. delete system32... uninstall demigod.. reinstall.. flush your computer down the toilet..

That was a 2v2 like 6 months ago, bring up one game is pretty pointless. If we are talking about one time games I would look no further than how pathetic your queen build was in the game RAWRRR casted.

if you're going there... "pathetic enough to have a pug play better than me" should have been what you said.  Nnnils played a beautiful fire tb that game, was easily best player that game.

average tb. he got yellowed, was not aggressive enough often times. wasted a lot of times not getting flags...... also he was mana carry and never really the focus. however his ports were very nice. But, did you not feel the difference with the kira tb at least there i can focus 100% on my own game and don't have to constantly write basics in the chat. nnnils is a newcomer but does not have the ultimate experience yet.

Furthermore, i win every single game with my queen if the teams are fair even. jeese i even beat oak erebus rook with queen tb on a 3on3. i can just think of the vial rook, how difficult it was for you guys to acknowledge that build, which is now standard and now you guys use it yourself in the tournament;) But i'm gonna stop there, the tournament hasn't shown you enough yet;-)
