OD plus 2 animation problem

not releasing animation effect after clicking app icon

Being trying to figure this out but to no avail and couldn't seem to do a search on here to find anyone with the same problem. 

Problem: Using the Bubble or the Zoom animations effects. After clicking on the app icon on the doc, and the application has launched successfully, the icons on the dock still shows the animation effects as my cursor is moving around the screen.

Anyone know how to fix this?

If you place your cursor over the dock does the animation reset?

Also, what version of Windows are you running?

It does not reset when I hover. To reset, I need to click on another application

Ah yes, forgot, I'm running wWndows 7 Ultimate x64

It doesn't do this all the time, about a couple times each day, and no pattern that I can see.

Is UAC on or off, and are you using a Standard or Admin account?
