Skinning

Right...I have a pretty big family get together coming up, with my parents and me, grandparents, cousins and their 2 daughters and my uncle and auntie with their son. 12 people in total, I think.
I have to help my mum in the kitchen on the day and she's talking about having a turkey, and she's making me skin the thing cause she thinks its better for some reason. Any tips?

Lens flares and XP logo's and make sure it's blue. It'll be a very popular turkey then.
