Fences revision history and future updates

Hi,

I'm very interested in getting Fences.  I don't know why but my desktop looks much more messed up in Winwows 7 than it was in XP.  I believe it's because of the new look of icons.  Fences seems the best looking desktop organizer I can find.

I read all informations tabs of that apps and I cannot find a revision history and latest changes made to Fences.  I always looks for such when interested in a program.  Are those well hidden or not available?  In a message I saw Zargon discussing 1.0.1.270 then in another message a sort issue was fixed in 1.0.2 and above.

Finally, when we buy do we get all future updates?

Best regards

Well...  20 days later and no reply.  <_<

In the meantime, I found a review of Fences where it was possible to download it without having to install Impulse and I had to give it a try.  WOW!  I like it.

Now I'd like to know, the version was 1.0.1 and like I said above, I saw a post about 1.0.2 where a few things where fixed.  How can I get that update?  Is it even possible without having to install Impusle?  For sure it's possible to get 1.0.1 without it!

Impulse is required to download updates for Fences. You can download the entire updated installer as a standalone for the free version of Fences here:

The one I found was in an AnandTech review of Fences IIRC and I looked at the link you wrote and it's exactly the same version, 1.0.1

What is the latest revision of the free version?  Is it 1.0.2 or there is even a newer one?

And going back to my original question in my first post, is there a revision history and latest changes made to Fences written somewhere?  I'm sure you know what I'm talking about but just in case, there is an exemple: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/version-history

I'm always looking for those whenever I plan to update or not...

Thank you.

The current version of Fences is 1.01. Version history is available through Impulse by right-clicking on the Fences entry and selecting "View History".

Close to one year later, anything new?
