Destiny's DLC help request

Hello,

   I have combed the forums, and it seems that I'm missing something regarding the Destiny's down-loadable content (DLC).  I have the physical book, and logged into the www.elementalgame.com/destiny site and entered the code to link it to my account.  Then, I go to my Impulse client, and it lists the status as 'Installed', and when I right-click on it I have no option to install the DLC for the new characters that were released, so I assume that it must have done this for me already, for whatever reason.  I then go into the game, but I do not see any of the new chars'. name available from the sovereign selection.

   So, is there an install/download option that I'm missing, or do I have to do something to activate them, or, are they only available with modding, and making your own content?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Kind of odd.  I did everything you describe and have 5-6 new characters to choose from when I begin a new sandbox game, most of the main characters from the novel (so not just for modding).

Not sure what to suggest though, sorry.

yeah, I've got the same question. I registered my code last night but don't see anyway to down load it. will it just automatically pop up in game?

 

*edit* never mind it showed up when I went back into impulse to check, It was grayed out so I didn't see it at first.
