AeroSnap 0.61 and WB 7.1 don't work together in XP?

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 7.1 (build 90 x86)
AeroSnap version: 0.61
Microsoft Windows version: XP Professional SP3

Does anyone else who has both WB and AeroSnap installed have problems with AeroSnap not working in XP when WB is loaded? If I unload WB, AeroSnap works again. When I restart WB, AeroSnap stops working.

I've also contacted the AeroSnap developer to see what he has to say.
