resetting Win7 appearance to defaults

I hope this is not off-topic.... but as I am testing out WB I am "learning"(ie; playing LOL) and downloading many many themes and making tweaks and changes here and there.

My question is - short of uninstalling WB (which I don't want to do), is there a way for me to un-do all these customizations and return Win7 to it's original state?  I started the process with a fresh install of Win7 on my laptop, and I'm honestly shocked that Windows7 doesn't have all the "Restore to Default" buttons that I recall as far back as Win98!!!

Am I missing something?  Can anyone offer some advice?

I did search the internet high and low but every page I found was clearly NOT for Win7 and didn't work.

Don't know if you solved this, but in the windowsblinds 7 configuration

there is "windows classic" and "Windows Aero", and thoose two are the windows standard skins.

Don't forget Iconpackager will return your icons to windows default, if you've changed icon packages.
