Game will not continue

It is turn 152 in my first game and it will not advance any more turns. The game is still able to load and I can scroll and view things. It's not totally locked up, nor have I seen a error message, but it won't go any further either. The "next turn" button is not responding.

 

My system...Q6600 2.4 cpu, 4GM RAM, Nvidia 8600 GT 256MB vidcard, and Vista 32bit OS with video drivers updated as recently as about 2-3 weeks ago.

This is generally due to a unit on autoexplore getting hung up--moving any such units (often boats) manually to use up their moves should allow the game to continue.

I did have a scout on auto explore. I bet that was it.
