Crash when using +1 Dex Book in combat

I ve installed the latest "unofficial" version (checking the box in impulse).

I ve looted a +1 Dex book and I used it in combat: Bang, game crashed.

Thereafter I realoaded and tried it outside of combat and it worked perfect. Guess we have a bug here.

A good portion of items can not be used in combat, Books are among them. They can only be used on the world map. The Bug is probably that they show up as an option in combat at all.

If there was a dump zip created in C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic on Windows XP), please post it via drop.io.
