The game crashes - ALL the time 1.08 and other (file + save file)

I have two PCs. One desktop and other laptop. The game runs ok (well lets ay it is ok) on the desktop PC. But on my laptop it crashes all over the time! All over the time regadless to the version of the game.
My laptop Toshiba A660-16M has CoreI3, Win 7, 4 Gb RAM, and Nvidia GT330M. So as you can see it is quite fast machine. But elemental constantly crashes. so called CTDs. I have this for all over the time - regadless to the version of the game. It happens very earle after 10 turns and so on...
