I just married my grandson to his sister.  I was curious if the game would let me do it, I hope they have mutant babies.  Is it terrible that I have been laughing out loud since I did this?  If you want to try it out, have one of your grandkids that stays with you and one that decided to join their mothers nation get married, the game allows it.  Pretty funny, in a disgusting kind of way.

Yes you can in this game.  I have done it, and described how you can.  It has to be grandchildren, and one of them has to stay with you and the other sibling of opposite sex has to join with their other parents dynasty.  Then you can marry a brother to a sister.
