Need a little Wizop help

Could one of the wizop's take a look at the Screenshot I uploaded for the wba Decaf. My laptop is a wide screen so the preview pick is 1280 x 800 The way it's displayed (squeezed to 1024 width) looks like cr*p. I'd appreciate it if someone with access could add 224 pixels of black or white to the bottom or top so that it displays correctly. TIA

Are we going to need to size all of our images to a certain size? I had a screeny I upladed at 1280 x 1024 and it looked like Joe Cocker in the preview.
