Where's my pre-ordered Limited Edition??

Anticipating Elemental in the worst way, I pre-ordered the Limited Edition several months ago.  And while I do have the digital download version installed on my PC, I'm still waiting my physical copy, despite my living in Minnesota.  (Note:  It normally takes only a few days for stuff to get here from Ohio via postal service.) 

It's been almost two weeks since the game's release, and I'm getting antsy wondering where my LE is at.  Could I get a little help please?
