[BUG][v1.07] Refined Housing not working

Not sure if this is just me as noone else seems to have posted it. Since patchi this morning to 1.07 refined housing doesn't work, farming still works and i dont know about the others.

 

I tried with numerous factions and leader combinations but no joy. It means that to get a level 5 city i basically have to fill it with houses which means no room for anything else. 

 

Im going to try reinstalling but if its the same then i guess i leave the game alone until a fix comes out

 

edit still not working after a reinstall, so i guess got to find something else to play until next patch.

Any official, or unofficial word on this? I seem to be having the same problem in 1.07.

I also can confirm this.  it's broken :D ..

forgot to add I am using custom sovereign and race..

save game file if needed..

Refined econ is not working either, started 2 new games, same overall revenue before end after several hits on refined ec.
