{Bug} 1.06 - Spawned Creatures stuck at spawn point, and level WAY up

I don't know about everyone else, but after playing through a few games, every once in a while I would come across a spawned creature with totally crazy off the wall stats. One time it was a Pack Drake with 34.8 million health, another was some flavor of ogre with 500k+, you get the picture....

Well, figured out how it was happening...

Creatures spawn outside kingdom territorial limits and where game topography allow. Well, sometimes they get stuck. I saw one of the little demon assassin guys stuck in just such a situation, but that in itself is not the problem. The problem is, the NEXT creature spawned right on top of him, and they had instantaneous combat and the beastie leveled up. And it kept happening. Every turn. And since health increases go up on a curve, I am assuming that is how the 34.8 mil health Pack Drake came to be.

As a side note, I was able to break the demon guy out by using the lower land spell a few times, and he ran over a fully party of late game NPCs/heroes, because, as health goes up, so do offense and defense. I couldn't hit him, and he was "one shoting" full companies.

Ah well, it was amusing for a sec....

I've seen this happen too.  Ironically, it was group of raiding trolls that wiped out my kingdom.  They had some ungodly combat stats.  More than once have I seen the little spawn flash go off over and over and over only to witness a ridiculously high leveled unit come out of the fog of war and utterly crush anything in its way.

well an easy way to smash this bug is to notice the no ai movment postioning and to follow that up they could code a limit max to hp, if it goes beyond , the game auto deletes the units in question. Thou that number would need to be the possible max in game. I have witnessed this bug as well.
