[1.06]DX:Invalid Call Error

So I left my computer running Elemental when I went to work this morning. I come back this evening, maximize the window and after the music starts back up, I get DX: Invalid Call, then CTD.
No crash dump was created, but I did get the debug.err: http://pastebin.ca/1927200
All my computer info is in the debug.err, except for the fact that I don't overclock.
