Cant Play game - Refund?

I have been unable to play this game since day 1 due to OOM and Stack bugs it crashes before i even get 2 hours in game i have 8 gig memory and an HD Radeon 5700 and i cant do anything. It is a great idea for a game and from what I have played it is a lot of fun but I cant deal with this having a game i paid 60$ for and cant play. How do i go about getting a refund?

If you bought it from Impulse try their sales contact e-mail with your order number if it was from a retail store you'll have to contact them. Whining about refunds on forums isn't the way to go.

plus there working on fixing the issues with the game they been release fixes almost every day it seems most of the issues for me been resolved I do not get out of memory error any more after 1.6 patch but it not crashes to desk top for some unkowen reason.  going check out the debug report i supose
