Anyone else buy Elemental through paypal?

And have to wait more than 5 days to get activation? The sales system in place obviously has as many bugs as Elemental does.

I mean, what is up with a system that doesn't record what account made the purchase? It just takes the money sends the first receipt but no serial key...Would be nice to have a better system in place. This is the first time I've tried to buy a Stardock game, and looks like it'll be my last...Thanks Stardock...really...

I had no problems buying it through paypal but I was actually logged into impulse when I made the purchase.

Is your paypal e-mail different from your Impulse account e-mail?

I used PayPal and activation and download was instant.

If you used a different email address for Impulse than from your PayPal account, your key is probably under your other address. Either sales@stardock.com or support@stardock.com should be able to sort you out if you give them both possible email addresses.

What I don't get is that why the system didn't store the Impulse account details that you need to login to use in order to purchase the game.

Regardless of what email address you have paypal assigned to. It just doesn't make sense to me.

I have emailed them the information, but they haven't sent any keys to any email.

It is very very frustrating that its taking this long to sort out, and it'll probably be a week in total before it gets fixed without any consulation.

(I can't count the times I've checked Impulse for the game to show up like the email says it would, or how many times I've refreshed my email addresses, whilst stressing through 8 hours of study a day I might add...)

Very good forum support from the staff, but inefficient customer service outside the forums it seems...
