[Bug] Cannot research with Uneducated Faction

Hey,

So I love making my own factions, and I made an Empire faction with the Uneducated weakness.  However, whenever I play a game with this faction, and I start doing research, none of the research Icons display (they remain blank) and I cannot conduct any research whatsoever.  Other custom factions are able to research fine, only this one.

I will make another uneducated faction and see if this happens again.  

This is with the latest update, running on 64bit Windows 7, and was occurring in 1.05 as well.

Okay, tested with another custom Empire Faction, Umbra and a Custom Kingdoms Faction.  Both of the custom Empires Factions are affected, but neither the built-in Empire with uneducated nor the custom Kingdom with Uneducated suffered.

 

So the bug is, custom Empires with Uneducated are not allowed to research for some reason.

There's a bug in custom empires where they have no tech tree period, but they should be disabled in the faction editor as of the latest update (it'll be properly sorted in the one to come).
