I have a question: How do you hire the spiders?

So I completed the tech that allows me to hire the spiders and I built on the spot where the spiders are but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to actually acquire or hire them. Whats the good word? How do you do it?

Under Train Soldiers, you should have an entry for spiders now, and can set how big a squad you make and their experience level and all of that.

If you don't see them, it's a bug. (A pun, har har)

You need to research the technology first though. They wont show up until you research "unlikely friends" I think its called. I think its under diplomacy section.
