Is there any chance that we can get a "unit movement speed" slider for the map and tactical (independent)?

 

The first thing I do on TB games is crank the map movement speed up to about 4x and combat to 2x - 4x

The "do not show movements" removes a lot of character of them game for me and I can't tell on the map if the NPC unit moved up or right into the fog of war.

Yes please.  The units take forever to walk from point to point, and turning off movement altogether makes the game difficult to follow.

Agreed. Some of the animations are VERY slow.

I'd also like to be able to move multiple units at once in tactical battles instead of waiting for them, if at all possible.
