Druid where is my Gildar?

There seems to be a bug in the trade UI. On several occassions I have traded resources for gildar. The AI faction got their resources but I have not received my gildar.

On two occassions I have seen the AI with a "value" to the negotiations that is in a large negative interger (2+ billion).

In general the  AI seems to make an ungoldy amount of gildar - even with several huge cities, markets, and caravans I am squeeking by and with 2-5 gildar a turn whereas on the foreign relation overview the AIs are raking in 60-150 gildar a turn ???
