Repeatable crash to desktop when conquering a nation

Repeatable crash found.

 

I've just conquered a nation, wiping it out. It's quite late in the game and the conquered city is now my fourth city. It's now the end of turn 372. When I try to end the turn I get a crash to desktop, without any error message.
