Peaceful Resolution -
Thanks, just got my 100%!
what a loser.
You can try your luck with sales@stardock.com.
However, it's a well known fact that games change during development. When you preorder you willingly give your money for an unfinished product that might look different in the future. Nobody's twisting your arm to do so, and certainly nobody signed a contract with you promising you certain features. Yes, some changes to the game are a little disappointing, but maybe next time you should wait for the final game, if it means that much to you.
And you can drop all the bait-and-switch and deception and stuff like that. The game wasn't finished. Deception is if they advertise something that's in the finished game that's not actually in the finished game.
I think you're mistaking simple declarations as promises. It's "The maps will be epic and huge" vs. "I promise that we will never cut that feature." There is a difference, at least in my eyes.
Don't forget:
"If you are not willing to work with technical support on any problems you are having, or request a refund even if you are not having problems using the software, we will issue a partial refund of 75%. To receive a partial refund, please email sales@stardock.com."
Since you put PROMISE in caps it must be true. <rollseyes> IBTL.
well the maps are random I thought atleast it is seeded randomly and you start in different locations. I am actuall ok with this type of randomization
I haven't bought the game yet, but if the features that you mention are indeed missing, it's a big disappointment and I will wait with buying it until they are fixed or a mod appears that adds them.
I didnt see what he said but i can guess from the responses.
Its a shame such knee jerk reactions exist. Though having read a few of zamp's posts i wont be sorry to see him gone.
Spoiled Brat I think is appropriate.
Ive just read some of Zampolits other posts and i have to say Zamp that you truly are a desease in the gaming community.
You have done nothing but moan, over react and encourage others to over react already stating that players would need to make a player patch because Stardock wouldnt.
Good riddance.
