Reselling Starock's games

I just wanted to ask.

When Stardock wrote the gamers bill of right and then when they created Goo, they stated that user will someday be able to resell its games because it's right. No publisher ever subscribed that (they hate second hand) but then I ask: will stardock let its game to be resold using Goo?

Its a joke kinda.

Society is a game stardock was working on back... sometime before Sins of a Solar Empire came out.  (I heard about Stardock from society, which lead me to play Galactic Civilizations 2)   Its basically abandonware.  Somebody says it may eventually come out, but its obviously not a priority for them at the moment.

 

I do believe they allow a game to be transfered to another account.  In this case it will no longer be supported on Person A's account, and will be on Person B's account.   I refer you to stardock support for more information.
