Has anyone actually uploaded anything through the Impulse client? I haven't seen anything but the four that have been there. Is this working? I haven't put anything up there yet that I would be proud of. Heh I had one that had 5 islands, and it turned out to not work so well in practice. *shrug*

Also, has anyone done any tactical battle maps? I'd like to see some different maps there.

Yep, that would be me. I actually made a rough draft map of Middle-earth the first couple days Beta 4 was out and uploaded it, but it still says that it's awaiting moderation... I'm not sure if it's a bug with the system or what. But it's probably for the best, because I realized after I uploaded it that I forgot to put some things in. Like beaches along the coast:P And I had started to put snow in the north, but I forgot to finish it. Stuff like that. I'll try uploading it again once I'm more sure it's "done," and if that doesn't work I'll host it somewhere else.

Oh yeah, one other thing. Because the map is huge and the beta currently has some memory issues, playing the map drags. Really bad. Right from the first turn. It will probably be best to wait for the final game to play it anyway.

Anyway, as for the actual topic of the OP, IIRC only maps can be uploaded at the moment, which is why you aren't seeing any tiles yet. I don't know if tactical maps are included in that or not.
