WB4.2 unable to skin task bar and I have a text question, would really appreciate help

I have an XP and I upgraded to WB4.2, the first few skins were ok then when I changed to another skin I downloded my task bar changes colors but thats it. No resizing or effects.

How do you change the text colors in windowblind skins that I have downloded. Before I upgraded I could change all text colors through display tab. As far as I can see that is not an option with WB4.2, although sometimes I don't see very far anyway. With upcoming expectations I'll say thanks very much for anybody that takes the time to help me

Best way to change text colors is with SkinStudio...they will change for that skin and stay changed.But they wont affect other skins. You can edit a skin with notepad and change the text colors too if you know where to look.

Thank you I.R. Brainiac I think I might give it a go with notepad first. Do you have any suggestions where to get some "how to" info?
