Mind helping a SkinStudio newbie?

So I'm trying to modify a skin, I want to change the text color for check boxes, radio buttons etc. but I don't know where to go to change those values. Any help is appreciated...cause I'm lost.

It's Miscellaneous/Colours/Window/Text-normal

It does change other text too though
