WinAmp skins question

Why is it that whenever I apply a skin to WinAmp, the playlist editor doesn't get skinned? This doesn't happen with all skins, but certainly most of them. Is it fixable?

My first guess would be that you're using skins in which the author didn't include the playlist, so WinAmp uses the default look instead.

Well, that makes sense. The playlist is such an integral part of WinAmp, though. It's like releasing an incomplete skin. I know there are lots of works in progress here, but that's different than an incomplete skin. So, I guess we can pick up where the original skinner left off? With permission, I suppose? I dunno.
