I had posted this on the Help Board, 8 days ago and got ZERO responses. What really bugs me is I was using the free version and it worked on all my user accounts. Then I go and pay for the enhanced version and now it only works on the Admin account.

OK...what account were you on when you installed enhanced version?

Ray, when you get no response on a thread, don't start a new one, add a comment to the original, to bump it to the top of the board. If you've registered the program, you should email support@stardock.com ......... they will be glad to help you.  Not to say people here aren't glad to help, but Stardock probably already knows the answer.  (Usually when you get no responses, it means no one knows the answer.)

Does anyone on here have XP, and are they able to skin all their accounts? I have put a email into stardock support. So far NO response. >

Ray, yrag is very good at troubleshooting, he asked you a question (post #4), but you ignored it. Do you want help, or do you want to complain?

I did install it in the admin account, and I am in that account now
but I did that with the trial version and with Windowblinds 3 and they worked in all the other accounts, and even had another account as admin and it would not work with the new 4 enhanced

It's loaded to start up in the admin folder so when you log on as another user it will not start up. You can do one of two things. We'll try the easiest first. Take the startup shortcut out of admin folder and put in start up folder in all users folder. Re boot and let me know what happens.

I will try that, I may not be able to respond back to tomorrow, because I am heading to work in a minute. But I will let you know what happens.

I do appreciate the input.

Ok...just remember you're looking for the WBload.exe file. I'm sure that we'll have to go into security and give permissions, but that's tomorrow....don't worry ..we'll get it.

Just to update, I did get it to work, and the method I did was go back reinstall Windowblinds 4 enhanced, then make the other account an admin account then I when into that account and went into the control panel and in add or delete programs clicked on Windowblinds and did a Repair on it. Now it is running under both accounts and I was able to go back and make the other account a limited account and it still is able to modify and add new skins.
